Back from “Vacation!”
Monday, August 25th, 2008Today’s my first day back to work from my mini-vacation! Here’s some crappy pics from my cell phone (cause I lost my camera charger when I moved. Oops.)
My vacay started Wednesday night when I saw Jack’s Mannequin @ Towne Ballroom in Buffalo. They closed with a cover of Tom Petty’s “American Girl!” You can’t go wrong!
Friday night it was TORONTO time! The Red Sox (my FAVORITE) were playing the Blue Jays all weekend long. I think this is the closest I’ll ever get to my future husband, Jonathan Papelbon, without a restraining order.
Of COURSE I went to Saturday’s game too (I’m a diehard!) This is the view from my seats. Along with my Target flats.
My hotel totally sucked. The room was small, cramped, hot, and the freakin fire alarm kept going off! (At 4:30am…awesome).
Yonge Street is kind of the main street of Tornoto. TONS of shops, restaurants, and sweet abandoned buildings like this one. I could spend all day walking up and down Yonge Street.
