Jessica Simpson hates me.

In case you haven’t heard, JESSICA SIMPSON has gone country, y’all.

Last week, my friend Billy Kidd played me her new song, “Come on Over,” and asked for my opinion.

ME: “I don’t really wanna like it…because it’s Jessica Simpson…but it’s okay I guess.”

BILLY: Cool. I’ll pass that along to her label rep.

Then I read…

Jessica Simpson was surprised when one of her label reps told her that people didn’t want to like her debut country single, “Come on Over.” She tells Billboard magazine that she remembered thinking, ‘People want to hate me. That’s kind of hard to grasp.’”

Guess I won’t be getting an invite to the Tony Romo wedding.

I’m sure here new album and genre will be just as bad as her pop music. Everytime I hear her sing It sounds like she’s trying to hard to make it sound good but it comes out like crap. Same goes for her sister, she is terrible too.

I think Jessica Simpson needs to realize that people like her for her looks and not really her singing. When she was in Dukes of Hazzard wearing those skimpy outfits and doing the car washing video do you think any guy on the face of the earth was more conerned about how nice her voice sounded instead of how good she looked. I think not. If she is such a big star in movies, and in music then she should not be letting one opinion bring her down so much. Not that your opinion doesn’t matter Megan, because it obviously did to her, but most stars don’t care what other people think and that’s why most of them usually act like they hate each other. That’s what Hollywood is all about anyway, being better than everyone else and always doing whatever it takes to keep that edge. I think it’s funny that that statement from her came about just because of what you said. She had to understand that not everyone on the planet is going to like her and/or her music. That comes with the business that she’s in. The song must not be very good anyway because I have never heard of it up until now which means it hasn’t made the radio. Oh yea and those Kidd Rock tickets would be sweet to have, sounds like it would be a really good concert. I hope you pick me today. Have a good weekend!
